Corporate Advisory / IB Analyst
- 1–4 years’ experience from Investment Banking, a high-performing advisory firm, Big 4 or mid-tier M&A/Valuations, or corporate development
Analysts – BD / Corp Dev (Mining, Agri, Property and more)
- Acquisitions, JVs and supporting transactions
- Strong modelling required – Valuations, IB, advisory and possibly Transaction Services depending on modelling skills
- Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + super + bonus
Senior Corporate Development Analyst – Mining
- Financial modelling, investment analysis, acquisitions, JVs, supporting transactions, industry research and valuation support
- IB/Advisory or Big 4 M&A/Valuations background required, or experience within a high-performing corporate development team
- Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + super + bonus
FP&A Manager – Global Miner
- Corporate modelling, budgeting and forecasting, ad-hoc analysis
- FP&A experience within a mid-to-large mining company required, alongside strong modelling skills
- Must have managed teams of at least 3
- Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 + super
FP&A Analyst (Permanent) & Senior / Principal FP&A Analyst (Contract) – Large ASX Miner
- Corporate modelling, budgeting and forecasting, ad-hoc analysis
- FP&A experience within a mid-to-large mining company required, alongside strong modelling skills
- Analyst: circa $100,000 – $150,000 + super + bonus (depending on experience)
- Contract Senior/Principal Analyst: up to $200,000 + super (pro rata)
Investor Relations Analyst / Lead / Manager
- Investor presentations, ASX announcements, Q&A preparation and ad-hoc market communications
- IR strategy, review of sell-side models, external analysis and ensuring consistent messaging to market
- Salary commensurate with experience – suitable for candidates from IB, equity research or a high-performing IR team
Associate – Property Investment & Development
- Support new business screening, feasibility modelling, deal structuring and due diligence across acquisitions, sales, leasing and asset management
- Develop and maintain financial models, fund/project budgets, forecasts and valuations; review operational models built by junior analysts
- Support equity and debt fundraising, investor reporting, capital calls and distributions
- Work across the full project lifecycle from concept through construction and asset management
- 3+ years’ experience in finance, advisory or a commercial role; tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Law
- Post-graduate qualifications (CFA, CA, Masters of Finance) desirable
Senior Associate – Performance Improvement (Consulting)
- Deliver rapid, bottom-line improvement across private equity and corporate engagements spanning M&A, operational transformation, cost reduction, restructuring and CFO-level finance support
- Build and review detailed financial and operational models; produce high-quality client presentations and reports
- Support business development, proposals and thought leadership
- 3–5 years’ experience in consulting or professional services with at least one promotion; degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Engineering
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; willingness to travel
Investment Analyst – Agri-Food / Private Investment Group
- Provide analytical support across internal and external growth projects for a large private investment group with a diversified agri-food portfolio
- Prepare DCF models, financial analysis, investment papers and business cases; assist with due diligence, strategic planning and market research
- At least 3 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transactions or valuations
- Degree in Accounting/Finance required; CA/CFA desirable; advanced Excel and PowerPoint essential
- Understanding of the agri-food industry advantageous
Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst – Uranium / Resources (BD)
- Support business development activities for a leading ASX-listed uranium miner, including M&A due diligence, financial modelling, valuations and Board/C-Suite reporting
- Assist with acquisition and divestment processes, strategic equity financing and takeover defence
- Perform competitor and industry analysis; work cross-functionally across Australian and international business units
- 2–4 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking or business development, preferably in mining, energy or infrastructure
- Tertiary degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting; M&A transaction experience essential; S&P Capital IQ or FactSet experience advantageous
